RETAIL LOCATIONS ONLINE ORDERING:

DO YOU HAVE ANY STORES IN MY AREA?
Depending on where you live, we maintain limited inventory in a handful of Canadian retail shops – however there are no stores that carry our entire line. Our primary distribution model remains online.

DO YOU OFFER YOUR PRODUCTS WHOLESALE?
We maintain a handful of existing wholesale accounts, but we are no longer accepting new wholesale partners.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ORDER?
Provided you have physical access to Peterborough in the Kawartha Lakes region, absolutely! Simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and then select the 'Local Pick Up' option. We aim to process all Pick Up orders within 48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed we'll  reach out to you with pick up details. Our no-contact pick up is easy and convenient, and can be arranged 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Certain items like Swedish dishcloths, laundry detergent strips, toothpaste
tablets and bamboo toothbrushes qualify for our Oversized Letter Mail and ship FREE without tracking (orders must be no thicker than 0.8 inches and fit into an 8 x 12 inch envelope.) We also offer FLAT RATE Shipping (with minimum $50 Order*) for $10 (Ontario and Quebec) and $15 (Rest of Canada).

Additionally we offer FREE Shipping on orders of $100 or more *(Ontario and  Quebec) and $125 or more* (Rest of Canada)

Please note: Our primary shipping days are Monday and Thursday (which switch to Wednesdays during July, August and September). In the summer we'll also be filling our Pick Up orders on Wednesdays but you can pick up your order throughout the week at your convenience. The rest of the year, we aim to fill all pick up orders within 48 hours.

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED PLASTIC-FREE?
In most instances, yes. We pride ourselves on our eco-friendly shipping practices. We use recyclable paper tape and reuse as much as we can in the way of boxes and packaging materials. Thanks to donations from local retailers (who save the materials their orders come shipped in) we're able to reduce the amount of packing paper, cardboard tubes, biodegradable packing peanuts and boxes that are recycled or taken to the landfill after a single use. We do, however use plastic shipping sleeves (to keep your shipping info intact), at least until we can find a more sustainable alternative.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Sadly, no – since we aim to fill orders quickly and get them out to you in a timely
manner. As a result, we're often unable to make any changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed, and confirmed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order when placed, as well as a second email with the tracking information.

GIFTING AN ORDER:

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?
Yes! Simply make sure you have the correct shipping address. We're also happy to include a handwritten gift note. Simply fill out the 'Add a Message' section at checkout.

Please note, we don't include a receipt with any gifts.                                          

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?                                                           

Yes, we do. Your options are gift cards valued at $10, $15, $25, $40, $50, $60, $75 and $100 which are available for immediate purchase. Gift cards are emailed to you electronically after purchase. They can then be printed, saved, or forwarded as a gift. Our gift cards can only be redeemed in our online store.

CAN I GET ADVICE ON WHAT PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR ME?

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?

We’re justifiably proud of the products we curate, and craft ourselves. However, we also recognize that not every product will work for every customer. If you do have an issue with any of the products you purchase from us please reach out, and we will address the issue on an individual basis. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our SNC natural vegan deodorant. We manufacture our magnesium-based refillable liquid deodorant to be effective, and will happily refund your purchase price if you find it just doesn't work for you. All we ask in return is your feedback on why you’re returning it. Your honest feedback is critical to us as we continue
to formulate our natural products.

 

WHEN DO YOUR PRODUCTS EXPIRE?
Most of the natural products we make, or curate are formulated to have a minimum shelf life of 2 years unopened. Some products will last longer, however such as soap and shampoo/conditioner bars. Expiry dates are based on the product being kept at room temperature, or lower. If the product is stored in warm temperatures or high humidity, the expiry dates may be less than 2 years.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST AFTER OPENING?
In general, our handcrafted deodorant and other curated natural products are good from 1 year of opening, or 2 years unopened. Beyond that it really depends on your storage environment. Heat and humidity, as well as the particular essential oils used, will have an effect as well.
