Pick Up & Shipping Policies

SHIPPING DAYS                                                                                                   

We primarily ship on Mondays and Thursdays. In July and August we only ship on Wednesdays.

LOCAL PICK UP  - Peterborough, Ontario                                                                                    

Once your order is processed, we'll reach out to you with pick up details. We aim to process pick up orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday)

SHIPPING                                                                                                        

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) and shipped out via Canada Post (the company’s established postal routes make them the most earth-friendly option). Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to pre-tax orders of $50 or more shipped to Ontario & Quebec, ($15 to other parts of Canada).

We offer FREE Shipping on pre-tax orders of $100 in Ontario and Quebec and on pre-tax orders of $125 sent to the rest of Canada.

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
