Meet the Founders
Good Juju Founders, Lisa & Alexa – friends, moms, climate nerds, and lovers of all things natural health.
The duo founded Good Juju in 2014 to inspire and empower people to make small, incremental changes to their daily routine, with the hope that together we can change the world.
They spent years working in the natural health industry, and have witnessed the power that pure, natural ingredients have on our health each and every day. The co-owners believe that what you put on your body is equally as important as what you put in your body.
They also know that our daily choices matter, on a micro and macro level. For example, they've seen firsthand how beneficial organic farming is not only for the quality of ingredients it produces, but also for the quality of the soil and the environment overall.
The women have also learned how destructive and unnecessary single-use plastics are to our health, to the environment, and to the future of our planet.
As Canadian business owners they are passionate about natural health, about the environment, and are passionate about change.
"We know that reversing centuries of abuse done to our planet is a big task. We don’t have all the answers, and we can’t do it on our own. But we also recognize the cumulative power of collective action. Every single choice we make has an impact that extends past our own bubble of existence. If we pay closer attention to our decisions, our purchases and our daily habits, we will soon see how these seemingly small actions create a ripple effect into the world," says Lisa and Alex
Their mission is to help you Clean Your Routine – to remove single-use plastics from your everyday life.
They know that the journey to zero waste can feel overwhelming. You may feel like you don't know where to begin, fear you won't do it properly, or that you’ll have to sacrifice quality or performance – but none of this is true.
As Anne-Marie Bonneau says, "We don't need a handful of people doing zero waste perfectly. We need millions of people doing it imperfectly."
The co-founders have worked with experts to formulate amazing products that perform so you’ll never feel like you’re giving anything up.
"We want to create a community of changemakers that will inspire others to clean their daily routines. With our 50x30 Pledge, we've set the goal of preventing 50 million plastic containers from entering the waste stream by 2030, and it's as a community that we will be able to do it," says Lisa and Alex.
