Canada Post Shipping Update

Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have reached agreements in principle after two years of challenging negotiations. CUPW has stated that both parties “have agreed on the main points of the deals,” and rotating strike action has now been suspended while they finalize the contractual language for new collective agreements. The union will retain the right to strike until these contracts are officially ratified.
