LastRound is a sustainable alternative to disposable makeup pads. The reusable rounds are made of a shape-shifting fabric that feels just like regular cotton rounds when liquid is applied. The diameter of each round is six centimeters.

*Made of 100% sustainably sourced materials (70% Scandinavian wood fibers and 30% cotton fibers that are too short to be used in the textile industry).

*Machine wash used pads at 60°C in a laundry bag.

*Each cotton round is home compostable at end of use.

To Use: Simply grab a LastRound from the top of the pile, apply some water or other liquid if you prefer, and wipe!

To Clean: Most liquid makeup, like foundation, is oil-based, so the way to remove the stains is by using a grease-fighting agent, like dish soap. Wet the area, and apply dish soap to the stain with a soft brush, and then launder the rounds.

The rounds can be used with nail polish remover, but they will likely not last as long, and it's important that you clean them thoroughly, otherwise leftover nail polish will make them stiffer. Once a round has been used for nail polish, it should only be used for nail polish.

But why make the switch from disposable cotton to reusable cotton?

At first sight, cotton seems like a great material: it`s biodegradable, soft, and plant based. But have you ever wondered just how environmentally friendly it really is?

The answer is not so much. It takes around 20,000 litres of water to create 1kg of cotton. Besides, cotton contributes to environmental pollution through the use of pesticides and insecticides. It also exposes both cotton growers and consumers to toxic chemicals that are used during production.

Only 100% natural and eco-friendly materials are used during the production of LastRound. Even the packaging is recyclable.
